At The Biblical Kitchen, we offer convenient digital delivery for our downloadable cookbooks and a flat-rate standard shipping option for physical hardcover orders.

Standard Shipping — $10 USD Flat Rate

We charge a flat $10 USD standard shipping fee per physical order containing a hardcover cookbook, for destinations supported by our online checkout.

This shipping fee is charged per order, not per book.

Shipping rates:

• Digital ebooks (PDF): No shipping charge.

• Physical hardcover books: $10 USD flat-rate standard shipping per order.

• Hardcover + digital ebook orders: $10 USD standard shipping for the physical hardcover.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Where applicable, prices may be displayed in your local currency.

Shipping availability depends on the destination country selected at checkout. We currently ship physical books to selected international destinations and do not offer worldwide shipping to every country.

Hardcover Production

Our physical hardcover cookbooks are produced and fulfilled through trusted third-party printing and fulfillment services.

Hardcover books may be printed after an order is placed rather than shipped from a traditional warehouse.

Because of this, production time and shipping transit time are separate parts of the delivery process.

Once your order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, printing requirements, fulfillment capacity, and shipping carrier.

Standard shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

If you need a hardcover cookbook by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order so we can review the available fulfillment information.

If an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

For physical hardcover orders, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available through our order notification system.

Please note that tracking information may not become available until your hardcover book has completed production and been dispatched.

Digital Cookbook Delivery

Our digital cookbooks and guides are delivered electronically in PDF format.

Digital purchases do not require physical shipping, and no shipping charges apply to digital-only orders.

After completing your purchase, access to your downloadable PDF will be provided through the digital delivery system associated with your order.

You can enjoy your digital cookbook on compatible smartphones, tablets, computers, and other PDF-supported devices.

Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct so you can receive your order confirmation and digital delivery information.

International Orders & Customs

We accept orders from selected international destinations supported by our online checkout.

For physical hardcover orders, the standard shipping charge is $10 USD per order for eligible destinations.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional charges, including:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Brokerage or customs clearance fees

• Other applicable government or carrier charges

These charges are separate from our standard shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Any applicable customs charges and responsibilities are governed by the regulations of the destination country and the disclosures provided before purchase.

Digital-only purchases do not incur physical shipping charges.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing a physical hardcover order.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays, additional carrier charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist; however, address changes may not be possible after an order has entered production or has been dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your physical order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photographs may be helpful when reporting damaged or incorrect items.

We will review the situation with our printing or fulfillment partners and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable consumer protection laws.
